The RoseHill Initiative is the evolution of the 29th Street Neighborhood Association.
We have changed the name, but we remain deeply involved in all the causes that are essential to fostering a better quality of life and safety in our area.
We support neighbors who live and work from 23rd to 33rd Street, from First Avenue to Seventh Avenue.
Join us. Let us know your concerns, or donate some of your time to help.
If we all do a bit, we can move mountains and enjoy the quality of life and the neighborhood we deserve.
WELCOME
Our Mission
The RoseHill Initiative strives to strengthen the sense of community, help enhance the quality of life for residents, and advocate for the well-being of our neighborhood. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment through collaboration, civic engagement, and collective action.
We honor the neighborhood's rich history while actively working to preserve its character and embrace its vibrant future.
The Issues We Are all Involved In:
If you’re effected by an issue in the neighborhood, chances are you’re not alone. Many of these challenges affect more people than you think. They affect all of us. That’s why they call for collective action. When we stand united, real change happens.
How We Operate
The RoseHill Initiative aims to bring together residents, business owners, and community stakeholders in our area to collaboratively shape our neighborhood's future. We work together to enhance safety, quality of life, and thoughtful development while preserving the diverse character that makes our area unique.
Our Collaborative Approach:
When community members identify local issues or have ideas for improvement, the association can help rally neighbors, reach out to elected officials and the media to create support for the project. The association also organizes volunteer task forces where everyone contributes their time, skills, and energy to create positive change together.
Working Together for Results:
Success depends on neighbors stepping up and working alongside each other.
We're only as strong as our community involvement. Whether you have a specific concern, want to support others' initiatives, or simply care about our neighborhood's future, there's a place for you in our efforts. Join us.
